RociFi Dapp 2.01 Update

2023-02-02

Feb 2

Hi everyone, today we are excited to share a few important updates for RociFi dapp. Let’s kick-off

As of January 2023, users can add addresses to NFCS bundle from various wallet providers. For example a user can now mint a NFCS on a wallet accessed through Metamask and then add to the NFCS bundle a second wallet through TrustWallet.

To do that, either during the process of NFCS mint, or by clicking on “Add more addresses” after the mint, click on “Switch wallet via WalletConnect or Metamask”, or “Switch wallet via WalletConnect” (if you are already connected via Metamask). The rest of the process of adding addresses to the bundle works as usual.

Multiple users have requested that they wanted a reminder to repay their loan on a specific date. Thus we’ve introduced a feature allowing a user to set up a Google calendar event reminding them their loan is due. This is an optional feature and the protocol doesn’t collect any information (e.g. email address) in the process. See a guide on how to use this feature

This new page on the dapp allows users to easily trace the history of their borrow, deposit, repayment collateral movement transactions on the RociFi protocol. To navigate here click on “Transactions” on the top panel (seen A on the screen shot below). On this page each row (see B on the screen shot below) is a specific event on the protocol. The button on the far right opens up the related event on Polygonscan.

The dashboard page has been updated to show both (A) the total interest due on all loans, and (B) the total amount of interest accrued from any deposits. For more detail on how the latter is calculated see the public documentation

We have added more information, such as repaid amount to date, principal lent out, interest accrued per loan etc. on the Loan Dashboard
